Returns, refunds and complaints
Refunds, returns and complaints procedure:
I sincerely hope you won't have a complaint regarding your purchase as my heart and soul goes into creating high quality products and providing a happy service, but of course if you have any issues please get in touch with details and I will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Returns are accepted if the item has not been opened or used. These returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and after discussion of the problem. The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you receive a damaged item please inform me on the day of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage. I package my items very securely to avoid damage, but if this was to occur I will offer an appropriate refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost, dependant on the damage and subject to availability.
If a replacement for your item is not in stock I will offer the following options;
- an estimated date when it will be available,
- an alternative item,
- a refund for the damaged item.
