Benefits of Essential Oils

Here's a select few of my favourite essential oils...


Lime - acne, dull skin
Rose - depression, eczema, stress
Lemongrass - acne, insect repellent, muscle aches, oily skin, stress
Rosemary - aching muscles, arthritis, dull skin, poor circulation
Peppermint - headaches, nausea, sinusitis
Patchouli - acne, chapped skin, eczema, insect repellent, oily skin, stress
Lavender - acne, anxiety, burns, cuts, depression, headaches, insect bites, insect repellent, itching, oily skin, stress, soothing, calming
Sweet orange - dull skin, stress
Ylang ylang - anxiety, depression, stress
Cedarwood - acne, arthritis, stress
Sweet Birch - antiseptic, anti-inflammatory
Cinnamon - stress
Ginger - aching muscles, arthritis, poor circulation, nausea Plus, these are excellent additives:
Honey - moisturising, antiseptic, antioxidant
Oats - dry skin, itchy skin, eczema
